When it comes to sizing, Jimmy Choo shoes can be somewhat capricious. I own a few pairs of Choos in sizes 37, 37.5 and 38, all of which fit well. Thankfully, when it comes to Jimmy Choo Romy heels, there is more consistency. In my current shoe collection, I have two pairs of Romys, the kid leather version in 10cm heel and the patent one with 6cm kitten heel, both of which fit like a standard size 37.5 (that is UK 4.5). Are they worth it? Yes and no. The Jimmy Choo’s and Manolo Blahnik’s were the most comfortable out of the four, but the Prada were a close third. Christian Louboutin isn’t known for comfortable shoes, rather, wearable art, so that’s not a surprise that they ranked least comfortable out of the four.

I find them quite comfortable, but not as comfortable as I would find a standard leather or suede Romy pump. The only reason for that is like I mentioned above, the fabric is quite stiff and doesn’t stretch out, so it’s not as soft against your feet as it could be, but honestly, having sized up makes them all the more better to walk in and the fact that they’re a peacock blue ombre glitter? Well that makes up for any lost points anywhere else!

Comfortable, Classic, & Sexy!

I own both the nude and black pairs in Romy and love them. The pumps are VERY comfortable, and I can wear them from day to night. The patent leather is dressy and very well made. I had to double check the heel height because I couldn’t believe how comfortable they are!

Beautiful shoe

Beautiful shoe, just gorgeous. True to size and fits like a glove. Very comfortable to walk in even on day one. Love viewing my legs in the shoe; very attractive. Yes, I would recommend.

True to Size

I read the reviews and ordered 1/2 up. Had to return them to big. In my case it was true to size. A tiny bit narrow at the toes but after wearing it will stretch. Perfect height heel. I can walk in these shoes. I bought loubitons originally and they were too painful and I couldn’t walk. Love these shoes!

The Romy heel is my favorite designer shoe to date. I own multiple pairs, but there is definitely a difference to be mentioned in sizing depending on the leather type. First off, Romy runs small in general. I am a true 7.5 (occasionally an 8) and I always have to get a 38 or a 38.5 in the Romy. For the hard glitter Romys, those I have found to run the smallest.
