They can make quite weird sounds. Especially if the weather is really warm. I mean they are still slippers after all – it makes sense that you might hear them while you walk, but still… that can be quite annoying. Little tip: Never go to the library with those shoes on! Haha, they annoy everybody and people will definitely turn around and look for that weird sound (again : only if it is too warm). You might have guessed -> that has actually happened to me. They are easygoing and you can combine them with really anything. They match business… Read more »

I have three different sizes: 35s, 36s and 36.5s, and honestly, they all work. I’m typically a true size 6, so naturally the 35.5 are just a teeeensy too small, but they do stretch. The 36.5 are also fine, and even though they’ve stretched a bit, they don’t fall off my feet or anything. I also recommend getting a classic color for your first pair. My second pair were my used black leather ones since these were the first I purchased on my own. I just feel like it’s always better to own something super classic before purchasing something that’s… Read more »

I want to elaborate a little more on the cons. Even though I listed that they are expensive, most of the Princetown styles are under $700, while most designer shoes are close to $1000. So even though they are expensive, they aren’t as expensive as other designer shoes. Also, I have noticed from friends that their mules in lighter colors show the crease marks at the top of the shoe (from walking) rather quickly. I haven’t noticed crease marks on my black pair, so I don’t know if it depends on the color, or if I just walk walk in… Read more »

crazy tiny

I’m a solid 7 and usually a 7.5 in flats. I bought the 37.5 and it was TINY. Tried on the 8 in store and still, my heel didn’t quite fit on the shoe. I’m stalking the 38.5 now hoping it comes back in stock, but a full size – size and a half small is pretty extreme. They feel super luxurious, though.

I’m a Fan

Sorry to be more confusing but these fit true to size for me. So lovely and versatile, also, the other reviewers were not kidding when they say these shoes are comfortable. Not one blister or ache! They do crease with regular wear, so if that’s something that bothers you, keep that in mind before dropping the cash. Not an issue for me as it seems hard to avoid. I’ve taken them in to cobbler to put grips on the bottom top part of the shoe, they are slippery, and bottom tip seems to wear quickly.

Hard to size - but beautiful.
The Princetown is a really good looking shoe. I’m having a really hard time sizing them, however. I should have used my Manolo sizing rather than my Stuart Weitzman sizing to compare and size up based on other reviews. I am usually a 9.5/10 in SW – so tried the 10.5 in the Gucci – nope. Ordered the Gucci in the 11 and still feel like I’m right on the edge with my back heel. I would agree with others that they run on a narrower side, but not narrow. The shoe itself is superbly made, as expected. The leather… Read more »

Worth the purchase
I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Since I have skinny feet, I usually feel loose for most of mules. But this one fits perfectly. If you have wide foot, you might want to try in store before the purchase. It’s very light weight, classy and well made. Personally, I like flat shoes with a little heel and no logo printed on leather. So this mule is a excellent choice for me. Usually, I wear 6.5 but I ordered 7 because many reviews said it runs little. However, 7 is 0.25 inch bigger for me. I didn’t return because it’s a… Read more »

So good

I initially wanted the ones with the fur but they were completely sold out in my size. So happy I went ahead and go these they are the perfect shoe for fall. Great for work and even casual. Definitely run small so go a half size up.

Obsessed

Im obsessed with these. I own many designed pairs of shoes and specifically, several types of loafers. These are so unique and eye-catching. The leather feels and smells amazing. ONLY cons are they don’t look too great with jeans, and the leather wrinkles after one wear. I wish I could buy 10 of these and have them forever.
